What data we collect

We only collect the data necessary to allow you to order and to find your orders:

  • first name, last name, and email address, if you create an account;
  • phone number and delivery address, if you order for home delivery;
  • the history of your orders at the venues on the platform;
  • the language you have chosen, to find it on your next visit.

We do not collect special categories of data and we never ask for your card details: payments are handled by Stripe, which receives the data directly from your device.

Why we process them

Your data is used to execute the contract when you order, to fulfill tax and accounting obligations, and to respond to your support requests. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

Who receives them

Order data is visible to the venue where you order, which is an independent controller for preparation and delivery. We also use technical providers who act as data processors: the hosting provider, the email sending service, and, if active, SMS and messaging services.

How long we store them

Account data remains until you request deletion. Order data is stored for the period required by tax obligations, which is ten years.

Your rights

You can request at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, limit its processing, or receive it in a readable format. You can also object to the processing and lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Write to info@digital-tech.cloud and we will respond within thirty days.
